Moens Klint

The White Cliffs of Denmark are white chalk cliffs that reflects in the green ocean. It is the best place to relax and rejuvenate yourselves on the beach or go on bird watching or even find fossils in the wilderness. There is wooden plank structure that is 267 metres long providing great views for the tourists.

West Zealand

West Zealand is marked with deep history starting from the Stone Age to the Vikings era to medieval times. It consists of a cathedral city called Roskilde, a UNESCO recognized world heritage site with 5 spires on the church which date back to the periods of Vikings. During Spring and Autumn of every year, the birds migrate from Norway, Sweden and Finland they make a stop over in Denmark at Wadden Sea National Park allowing millions of tourists to visit this miraculous thing happening. It is a great opportunity for the shutterbugs to show their talents. The starlings form patterns and different structures by synchronization resembling a dance to protect themselves from the predators. This instead hides the sunset creating a black sun and hence given the name as “Sort Sol”.


Copenhagen is the cool town with great vibes. Being the capital of Denmark, the vibrant buildings with decked yachts and boats on the waterways and popping bridges welcomes the tourists in the open dining restaurants. The Frederick's Church has the largest Church dome in Scandinavia attracts the tourists to take up the walkway around the dome and explore the church during two days in a week.
During the month of January and February, the tourist arrival is less in number due to the daylight of seven hours at maximum. This is a great advantage for cheaper rooms and relaxed tours.The months of May, June and September are peak season having a lot of tourists since the days are longer providing best time for exploration in the country. The July and August attracts the tourists to head to seashores and islands for leisure,but it is best for us to go inlands during this time to avoid the crowds.


Smørrebrød is basically an all time snack for the Danish people which is made with a rye bread as the base and topped with favourite ingredients like fish or meat, herbs, vegetables,etc.. into a open sandwich.


Flæskesteg is a slowly roasted tender pork that is thinly sliced served with red cabbage, pickled cucumber, lemon slice,bread and butter.


Pølser is a hot that is made with red dyed pork sausage with mustard, ketchup, remoulade, pickles, and raw and crispy onions that is stuffed into a baguette.


Tarteletter is a tart made with chicken and asparagus with white sauce that is made from butter, flour and milk that is given a twist with a sheet of chicken on top before serving.


Wienerbrød is made with sugar, milk, flour, butter, salt, shortening and eggs. It is best in its taste when served warm with cream and jam filling in the centre and folded like a clover with layers of soft puff pastry that is coated with sugar or caramel on the top.
